 Good morning, dear friends from Warsaw!

This month we are dealing with Health issues. I am going to ask my students to write a comment with a natural remedy they use at home when they do not feel well (for the sore throat, for fever...).

HBO is an application where you can watch movies and series, it was created in 1972 in the United States, it was mainly a television channel, it is currently an application and it is available for all types of devices, its price is €8.99/month. There you can find movies like: Dune, The fallout, Don’t worry darling…and series like Chernobyl, Rick and Morty or Game of Thrones for example.It is a great application to enjoy alone, with family or friends, I recommend it since you can watch many movies and series.

Canal plus is an application for electronic devices in which you can watch all kinds of sports, as well as series, movies…

It is a paid app with a cost between 20 and 22 euros per month.

It is one of the best in the world and is narrated by the best commentators of each sport.

I use social media every day for example Instagram. I use Instagram to follow important information. I use a lot of Messenger too. I think Messenger is the most useful because you can call your friends really fast. Disadventage is that you need internet to do anything on it.

Today I want to tell you about apps and social media. I don't use them much, but nowadays everyone kinda use them. So I think socal media like YouTube or some kind of apps can help you study. Some however can make you happy like some people enjoy to show their photos on Instagram and read comments about them.

11 Hi everyone,

I am new to the blog and want to discuss the topic of social media. Various kinds of applications and social media are used by Polish students. My peers keep up with the latest news using Twitter. They socialize on Facebook and Instagram. Lastly, teenagers are entertained with informative videos on YouTube.

In spite of many advantages, there is a dark side of social media. Frequent use of internet may lead to an addiction - let's keep it in moderation.

4. Hello everyone,

My favourite application on the phone is Instagram. I think it is one of the most used applications  recently. I use it every day in my free time. On this app you can post some photos and short films called ’reels’. You can also follow your friends and keep in touch with them. I think it is very useful app because you may share pictures and videos with lots of people for free.

5. Hi everyone!

Guess what I've done! I stopped using social media for a month.

I did this because I noticed that I've been using my phone for too long everyday. Instead of using phone I decided to read books and spend more time with my friends.

I comunicated with my friends using a simple phone call, not social media. 

I think it was nice experience. After that I don't use my phone as much as I used to. 

I recommend it to everyone struggling with the same problem.

I’d like to tell you about the social media.

Social media in Poland is so popular.

Lots of teenagers use them.

For example, some of the most popular are Snapchat,TikTok and Youtube.

TikTok is now used by more than 1 billion people.

I guess TikTok is the one of the ways of entertainment. 

I adore social media and i think it’s great.

I want to present the advantages and disadvantages of using social media.

I'm using Messenger, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat

They are good to connect with my friends and meet them online if they live far away from me. 

We can also check on them the news from the whole world.

The disadvantage is that we don't know the limit.

We start looking at them instead of learning. They are good if you use them in moderation.

I will tell you about social media and my opinion on them. We lose a lot of time through social media that we use every day. The most used social media include: Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp. A popular communication application is Messenger,  that many young people spend their time writing and talking to friends. Remember not to use social media for too long so as not to become addicted.

3. Hi everyone! 

Guess what I' ve done! I stopped using social media for a month. 

My parents say I spend too much time online, so I thought I'd like to check this out. I've decided to stop using YouTube, Instagram and Twitter and contact my friends by normal Messeger and phone calls, without using Messenger. It didn't change much but I still prefer to use Messenger.

It was an interesting experiment, when I wasn't using social media it felt like I had lost my connection to the world. It was weird feeling and I was anxious. Nevertheless, it has changed my habits, I try to use less social media.
